At The London Adventist Credit Union, we offer two different types of savings accounts; one for adults and one for children. To gain access to either of our savings accounts, you must become a member of the credit union. For more information on how to join The London Adventist Credit Union, please see the Membership section.
At The London Adventist Credit Union, we offer a real alternative to banks and building societies. Unlike a regular savings account in which you receive interest, our aim is to reward our savers by payment of a yearly dividend. This allows you to share in the profits of the credit union.
We appreciate saving money can be difficult and so we offer many easy ways to save with us. For example, you could pay into your savings account via standing order, using a giro book at your local post office or at our collection point.
We also appreciate that saving money is a great habit to learn whilst young and so we offer our fantastic junior savings account.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme
Here at The London Adventist Credit Union, the safety of your money is very important to us. This is why we are a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means that your savings are guaranteed up to a value of £85,000 if anything were to happen to the credit union.
